This charming early 1948 model, was sold new through Henlys of London and delivered new to a Timber Mill in Essex. Number 1395 off the production line, having spent a working life the vehicle moved to Worcestershire in the early 1980s for preservation before changing hands and a full restoration that began in the early 2000’s. Ready for the 60th anniversary in 2008 the vehicle was then sporadically used for shows and classic car rallies as a part of personal Land Rover collection. The vehicles history file included photos of the vehicle when new.
