This 1994 Jaguar XJ220 was the 11th from last vehicle to come off the build line for this model. It was one of 14 placed in climate controlled storage by the Jaguar factory on completion until 1999 when it was pulled out of hibernation and the engine was brought up to spec by TWR. On March 1st 2000 the vehicle was issued a "Show and Display" certificate, meaning that not only was it the first Jaguar XJ220 to be in the US, but it was also the first vehicle imported under the "Show and Display" exemption law. Further pedigree came during the 2002 Ault Park Concours D'Elegance, where it was the recipient of the Grand Marshalls Trophy. In 2016 this vehicle underwent a full engine out comprehensive service by its new keeper to ensure that it was completely mechanically renewed at a cost of nearly $90,000. The car is finished in its extremely desirable colour combination of Silverstone Green over a Sand Leather interior as verified by its accompanying Jaguar Heritage Certificate. Its 540 horsepower, 3.5 litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine and 5-speed manual gearbox are ready to thrill the senses of its future owner. When seated in the pilot's chair you are strapped by Willans racing harness seat belts and surrounded by gauges that are integrated into the driver door panel. The full Connolly leather interior reminds you that this is an English Supercar. This beautiful 1994 Jaguar XJ220 is superbly documented with its factory tools, service history, build sheet copy, Jaguar Heritage Certificate, factory correspondence letters and more!
